Trays hold heat, portion clean and need no plating. A front-office staffer opens the lids and it is done. Serving ware, plates and utensils come with it, so nobody is hunting for forks at 11:35.
One itemised invoice per order, sent the same day, broken out line by line. That is what a practice manager needs for the books and what a rep needs for expense. Recurring accounts can be set up on terms, or billed monthly on a single consolidated invoice.
A standing Wednesday at 11:30, or the first Tuesday of the month. We hold the slot on the prep schedule, so it does not get rebooked, requoted or lost every week.
